Shipping policy

1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further update once it has shipped.
2. Delivery timelines
Most Lumovex products are shipped from our fulfilment partners and typically arrive within 10-20 business days domestically within South Africa, and 15-30 business days for international orders, depending on your location and the specific item. Some products may take longer during high-demand periods (e.g. Black Friday,
festive season) or due to customs processing in your country. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page.
3. Shipping costs and currency
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, and shown in your local currency where available. Any applicable rates will be shown before you complete payment — there are no hidden fees added after checkout.
4. Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your local government, not by Lumovex, and are not included in our shipping cost — they are the customer's responsibility to pay if applicable. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering if you're unsure.
5. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress internationally.
6. Delays
While we work with reliable couriers and suppliers, delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, courier backlogs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate and keep you updated.
7. Where we ship
We ship to South Africa and internationally to most countries. If your country isn't supported at checkout, contact us and we'll let you know if an alternative shipping arrangement is possible.
